By creating an account, accessing, or using CRUDji ("Service"), you agree to:
- Be bound by these Terms of Service
- Our Privacy Policy
- All applicable laws and regulations
- Be at least 16 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
CRUDji is a zero-code platform that enables you to:
- Visually design data models (entities, fields, relationships)
- Auto-generate REST APIs (CRUD operations + search)
- Define business rules and validation logic
- Create workflow automations
- Generate user interfaces from data models
- Deploy to Azure, AWS, GCP, or on-premise infrastructure
The Service includes:
- Web application (UI) and API backend
- Documentation and support resources
- Updates, patches, and new features
- Customer support, as described in Section 7
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use CRUDji, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Choose a strong password and keep it confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Maintaining the security of your credentials
- All content you create, upload, or process through the Service
- Compliance with these Terms by anyone using your account
3.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Create security or legal risks
4. Subscription and Service Termination
4.1 Azure Marketplace Billing
All subscription plans, billing, and payments are managed through Azure Marketplace. Please refer to Azure Marketplace Terms for billing details.
4.2 Cancellation and Data Retention
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Azure Marketplace
- Data Export: You have 30 days after cancellation to export your data
- Data Deletion: After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
- Service Access: Service access continues until the end of your current billing period
5. Your Data and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Data Ownership
You own your data. You retain all rights, title, and interest in:
- Data models (entities, fields, relationships)
- Business rules and workflow definitions
- Data stored through generated APIs
- Configurations and customizations
5.2 License to CRUDji
You grant us a limited license to:
- Host, store, and process your data to provide the Service
- Display your data within the platform UI
- Create backups for disaster recovery
- Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvement
This license terminates when you delete your data or account.
5.3 CRUDji Intellectual Property
We own all rights to:
- The CRUDji platform, software, and technology
- CRUDji trademarks, logos, and branding
- Documentation, training materials, and content
- All improvements and enhancements to the Service
5.4 Generated Code
APIs and code generated by CRUDji based on your data models:
- Ownership: You own the generated APIs and configurations
- License: We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use generated code
- Portability: You may export and use generated APIs outside CRUDji
6. Acceptable Use Policy
6.1 Permitted Uses
You may use CRUDji to:
- Build internal business applications
- Create customer-facing APIs and applications
- Prototype and develop software products
- Manage and process business data
6.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use CRUDji to:
- Illegal Activity: Any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Harmful Content: Store or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Abuse: Overload systems, circumvent usage limits, or disrupt service
- Unauthorized Access: Access other users' accounts or data
- Intellectual Property Violation: Infringe on others' copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Spam: Send unsolicited communications or phishing attempts
- Competing Service: Build a competing product using our technology
- Reselling: Resell the Service without written authorization
- Privacy Violation: Process data without proper consent or legal basis
Warning: Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
7.1 Uptime Guarantee
For active paid subscriptions, we target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service.
Uptime calculation excludes:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance)
- Force majeure events
- Issues caused by your infrastructure or third-party services
- DDoS attacks or security incidents
7.2 Service Credits
If we fail to meet SLA:
- 99.0-99.5% uptime: 10% service credit
- 95.0-99.0% uptime: 25% service credit
- Below 95.0% uptime: 50% service credit
Service credits must be claimed within 30 days and are your sole remedy for downtime.
7.3 Support Response Times
For active subscribers, we provide:
- Email Support: Target response time of 24 hours on business days
- Documentation and Resources: Self-service documentation and support resources available at all times
8. Data Security and Privacy
8.1 Security Measures
We implement:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Regular security reviews and testing
- Security controls aligned with industry best practices
8.2 Data Location
Your data is stored in:
- Your cloud account: Data resides in your Azure, AWS, or GCP infrastructure
- Your region: You choose the geographic region for data storage
- Backups: Encrypted backups in the same region

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
9.1 Cloud Providers
CRUDji integrates with:
- Microsoft Azure (Cosmos DB, Storage, App Service)
- Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB, S3, EC2)
- Google Cloud Platform (Firestore, Storage, Compute Engine)
You are responsible for your cloud provider costs and compliance with their terms.
9.2 Third-Party Integrations
Optional integrations with third-party services (e.g., Slack, Salesforce) are subject to those providers' terms.
9.3 Disclaimer
We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, performance, or data practices.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
10.1 Limited Warranty
We warrant that the Service will:
- Perform substantially as described in our documentation
- Be provided in a professional manner
- Comply with applicable laws
10.2 Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
- Accuracy or completeness of data
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.2 Excluded Damages
We are NOT liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or data corruption
- Business interruption
- Reputational harm
11.3 Exceptions
Nothing limits liability for:
- Gross negligence or willful misconduct
- Death or personal injury
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Matters that cannot be limited by law
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vecapo (OPC) Private Limited (operating the CRUDji platform), its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Your data or content
13. Changes to the Service
13.1 Updates and Modifications
We may:
- Update features, functionality, and user interface
- Add or remove integrations
- Modify APIs (with reasonable notice for breaking changes)
- Discontinue features (with 90 days' notice)
13.2 Beta Features
Beta features are:
- Provided "as is" without warranty
- Subject to change or discontinuation
- Not covered by SLA
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms:
- Notice: We will notify you 30 days before material changes
- Acceptance: Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms
- Objection: If you disagree, cancel your account before changes take effect
15. Termination
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate anytime by:
- Canceling your subscription in account settings
- Contacting support
- Service continues until end of billing period
15.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate immediately if you:
- Materially breach these Terms
- Fail to pay fees
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
15.3 Effect of Termination
- Access: Immediate loss of access to the Service
- Data Export: 30-day grace period to export your data
- Data Deletion: We delete your data 30 days after termination
- Survival: Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA)
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Other applicable Indian laws and regulations
16.2 Jurisdiction
The courts at Faridabad, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
16.3 Dispute Resolution Process
- Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally (30-day period)
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, attempt mediation in Faridabad, Haryana, India
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Faridabad, Haryana, India
- Litigation: Either party may proceed to courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India
16.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or violation of Acceptable Use Policy.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vecapo (OPC) Private Limited (operating under the brand CRUDji).
17.2 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign to affiliates or in connection with a merger or sale.
17.3 Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and other provisions remain in effect.
17.4 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
17.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).
17.6 Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all export laws and not to export the Service to prohibited countries or persons.
